Editing a Memorial Profile is truly simple and intuitive. You have complete freedom and flexibility in creating the profile.
In addition, we have published plenty of tutorial materials on our YouTube channel
Your Memorial Profile is completely safe — a lost or destroyed medallion changes nothing in it. You can order a new medallion in your dashboard: log in, choose the biography and click “Order a medallion”. It costs 49 zł + 11 zł shipping. The new medallion has its own number and leads to the same biography, and the old one keeps working if it turns up.
Each medallion contains a unique QR code which, when scanned with a smartphone, takes you straight to the Memorial Profile. The QR codes are durable and weather-resistant. Simply point your phone's camera at the code to open the profile.
Yes, all paid plans are a one-time fee. We do not charge any subscriptions, recurring fees or hidden costs. After a single payment, you have long-term access to the Memorial Profile.
